Reintegration Offering and exploiting opportunities
People with disabilities can make a valuable contribution in the professional world and enrich a company’s culture. By reintegrating people with disabilities, a company gains resources while at the same time being socially responsible. Swissmem is a member of the Compasso association, which aims to help employers to integrate employees with disabilities.
The Compasso association focuses on helping employers recognize health issues at an early stage and on coordinating the various bodies involved in reintegrating employees who have suffered illness or accident.
